Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms
1.1. Full payment for workshops, coaching sessions, and seminars must be made prior to the scheduled date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.2. Payments can be made via internet e-transfer to info@forgeresearchlab.com or other approved payment methods.
1.3. Any outstanding balances must be settled before participation in any session.

 

2. Deposits
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required to secure a booking for workshops, coaching sessions, or seminars.
2.2. Deposits must be received within 10 days of booking confirmation, or the reservation may be released.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event: Eligible for a full refund. 

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

3.2. Company Cancellations

  • If Forge Research Lab cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

  • Forge Research Lab is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., travel, accommodation).

 

4. Rescheduling Policy
4.1. Clients may request to reschedule their booking at least 15 days in advance without penalty, subject to availability.
4.2. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event may incur an administrative fee of 10%.

 

5. No-Show Policy
5.1. Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the full fee being forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

 

6. Force Majeure
6.1. Forge Research Lab shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. Forge Research Lab provides coaching and workshop services for educational and informational purposes only.
7.2. Clients participate at their own risk, and the company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries.

 

8. Confidentiality
8.1. All client information shared during coaching or workshops will be treated as confidential. The company will not disclose any personal information without prior consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Amendments
9.1. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
